I am not sure but I think the ball looks bigger because of the lighting. Maybe it is an optical illusion. In my experimentation with lighting, I have noticed the ball seems to look small on a bright table but when you change it darker like Slam uses, the ball looks bigger. Maybe Slam will verify he is not changing the ball size which I think is possible with BAM.

I wondered about the same thing. He usually posted quiet regularly about his progress on his tables. I was starting to get a little worried. I hope he is doing alright.

Last we heard, he was still looking for work....so hopefully he was successful in that.

Hard to concentrate on this hobby when you are worried about putting food on the table.

On another note: glad to see you back Steve!

Hopefully he is well...perhaps another pinball company job or a gag order from Stern for his STTNG innovations

I did find this:

Slam updated his site and has been searching for work. Hopefully he can find something exciting that will use his talents...

Well then, where have I been? What has Mr SLAMT1LT been up to? I decided to take a break from pinball for a short while...turns out it was nearly 2 months. I've been out of work for some time now and I suppose that's effected my creative flow temporarily.

I know he's visiting the PinsimDB site as he's commented on new tables. Hopefully he finishes up a new modded table. VP world needs his work!

He’s planning on releasing an update to Stern Spider-Man. Hopefully soon.

I wouldn't expect a release of Spider-man anytime soon, as it's early in the WIP. Also, there are MANY other tables much farther along that have yet to be released.

He did however indicate that he was releasing updates for Jaws Ultimate Pro and Star Trek Ultimate Pro.

Good timing, as I have been working for the last week or so at adding DOFLinx cabinet support and feedback to Jaws UPro, and also creating a kick ass pup-pack (Pinup Player active video backglass) and also adding SSF (surround sound feedback) to the table.

I'm updating the table in a way so that it will work for all users even if you don't have DOFLinx installed....and it will support different setups for cabinets as well. You just need to change a simple useDOFLinx=true, etc in the table script if you want to use DOFLinx on the table....otherwise it just works like normal.

My guess is SLAM will release the new update for Jaws UPro on July the 4th, as he mentioned that before long ago, and it goes along with the date of the movie as well.
