I have Win 10 version 1903 that has been sitting in the update queue since May. It says my device is not quite ready for it. It runs good without it so it doesn't matter to me.

If you continue to use Win7, you might want to install Sandboxie. It helps to prevent attacks from the internet through your web browser which I think is the main threat. I use it:
