Been looking into a engine, and updating my archives, and noticed that I may have a old version of the Propst engine. I believe that Larsboy released a newer version than what I have, but may be wrong. Couldn't find a website for him either.
I have 1.3, but if someone can check their files, maybe a newer one was released that I missed, and let me know please.
Thanks

Hope LvR will read this during the weekend. I'm quite sure he has the latest version of Larsboy's library.

This is a set of VBScript classes (a kind of engine for future pinball). It helps you coding tables, by providing all the basis for your script (timers, lights, scores, players...). Truxton pinball (by Larsboy) was probably done with it (by the way, this is one hell of a great table).

Easier way to explain it, very much like the tutorial included with the VP full install, but uses the same feature set of shivaengine2. Having a look at it, it's very high end and way to complex for nearly anyone to use though, as you need a very high level understanding of the code.
Looks very powerful, but I have a lot of reading at the very least to do before I get a good grasp. Seems set for system 11 type games and has some very nice features, like a nice basic menu system, and scrolling A.N.D. displays.
Have yet to go through it though, but it appears to not have the flexibility for other types of games, like SS, as there is no lighting and countdown for bonus etc, but pretty sure that can be easily added.

Hi Don't know what is the "1.3" propst engine, I found some individual files from Lars Thomas Boye, released in 2006. Maybe you're right the full engine in the one included in Truxton. Here is what I have, all with a bit of documentation : - Propst Pinball Advanced Scripting Classes, Display Classes, Version 1.0 - Propst Pinball Advanced Scripting Classes, Light Control Classes, Version 1.0 - Propst Pinball Advanced Scripting Classes, MusicPlayer Class, Version 1.0 - Propst Pinball Advanced Scripting Classes, Timer Classes, Version 1.0 I'll make zip available asap. edit : here is the link : http://www.gopinball.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=55&t=1092
