A small topic to talk about Louizou work.

It's a french guy that is currently toying around pinball simulation. He use Unity3D for rendering and physics, my tools for loading part from Future Pinball files, and VPM for rom emulation

He just post a new video with some explanations (in french) :

This does indeed look promising. How well does Unity3D function in simulating the pinball experience? It is just a little bit difficult to see how the flippers are reacting in the video.

Well, it's "just" a WIP... Could be interesting.
Pinball simulation world is strange. VP was quasi dead and FP was in the same time promising. Randy changed his mind and let VP open source with some progresses and in (about) the same time, Black left FP. Now, some guys seems to put their efforts in an other way.
2012 will be maybe the end of the world, but maybe the birth of a new pinball simulator. Nice year in perspective!

Little précision:

The mayan calendar says that on december 21 ,
It will be the end of the (Pinball ) world as we knew it :D
