I updated my PinballX. When I start pinballX it is all ok. I am able to go through my tables (I only use FuturePinball tables and BAM).

When I select a table and try to start it.

FuturePinball screen appears then it crashes. I get the follow error

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

I have updated updated BAM to try and fix the issue. no good. I made sure that the futurepinball.exe and the BALL.dll are "unblock" and run as administrator.

Also if I run BAM by itself it works fine.
Any ideas

ok it is the beta bam.dll that causes pinball to crash. I went back to the old version published 12/05/2015 size 3.30mb and it does crash pinballx.

the bam.dll that crashes pinballx

are
size 3.83 mb published 13/09/2016
and
size 3.83 mb published 5/11/2016 (beta bam.dll)

Good to note
Thanks
With BAM evolving in so many ways, various bugs are bound to creep in unannounced :)

In mean time I would use physics tweaks BAM without pinballx and then once you have made your real time xml's use a previous stable version of BAM.dll for pinballx

Good Idea.
Rav has asked me to try some stuff out. I will try and do it tonight and send the details

We found the fault. after building 3 Pc's i used the BAM and the beta BAM.dll from a laptop and it works. really strange why 3 different clean OS builds wouldn't work.

Maybe a hardware or drivers incompatibility ? It would be great to found communs hardware/drivers between those 3 pc's.

Maybe video cards ?maybe the 3 pc's have ATI and laptop Nvidia ?

I worked with graf on this problem. It works for him now. He just copied BAM from another computer.

Unfortunately i don't know what was source of problem.
From Windows crash reports i know, that BAM.dll was not loading correctly. No single line of BAM.dll code was executed.
