Did you run pinballx manager?
You add the tables and art there

Here's somebodies working ini (CarneyPriest) from gameX forum
I am away from my cab so I can't send mine. (He uses Future DMD for 3rd monitor)

Hey no worries
welcome back

Choices give us freedom but too many choices
brings chaos

I think Bam helps keep it all together

succeeded in launching my first table with pinballx, small step but as I say I am very rusty.
Another question pop in mind : Is it possible to process the back box scale/translation while in pinballx?..I mean some sort of save state for the back box because as I see it, this could be done only directly in FP last time I checked.

pinballx as you know is just a graphical bridge
to fp

the table art for pinballx both backglass
and playfield are installed in pinballx manager
while the scale of your piballx backbox and table
are set in pinballx wizard

once a table has loaded under Bam
you press Q to Bam menu and can
scale the backbox and playfield of
the actual table on the fly
and Bam will save it automatically

I can't believe you missed out on Bam's development
Table scaling/translation are like its first
baby steps. You're like a long lost uncle Steve:)

I can't wait till you really explore all Bam can do!
Man this is like taking Isaac Newton for a moon walk :)

are you using arcade mode or desktop ?

Arcade. I'm planning to rebuild a 3rd cabinet as I sold the 2 previous ones.
When developing tables I flip my PC screen 90 degree to test.
