try this:

In the Bam Miniplayfield Menu , I tweaked the "Z centre" value made it 6.8 and set the starting Shadow Scale to 1.08

This seem to give it an acceptable scaling range that should be scriptable.
From the BAM miniplayfield menu with the balls on the playfield there is a nice shadow between Scale 0.87 - 2.1

Amazing. MANY MANY Thanks

I think I got it :idea: , instead of moving mini playfield z, I will move original toy z position

Well need to work a little and see the effect with diferent shadow textures using texture change for when the ball is on the rails to get a better look, and work on the code for multiple balls on playfield, but the main idea are going like I though

Many thanks Gimli and Ravarcade for the BAM

I think that with miniplayfield you have a lot of options to edit and this is good, but your first test Francisco is easier and working perfectly for basic ball shadow!

thanks, for one ball games I thinks is the best option, I couldnt get the result intended in ID4 with all the balls destroyed.

But the diference is quite a lot after getting used to see the shadow

Question...can this ball shadow work if there are multiple playfield surfaces?

I was trying it out on Jaws Ultimate Pro, and it doesn't seem to be visible. Maybe I need to adjust height or something?

You can try asign the shadow on any of the pf surfaces, or edit the line:

shab.Ty = (2)

to other value
