a new (and last) version will come soon with new sounds and specific ramp sounds (plastic/metal) and bug fix.

the code and sounds will be in libraries.

The code will change a little bit when creating and destroying ball (you will see).
for a more simpler way.

I've updated 15 of my 35 tables right now and it is fun !

really very interesting, and a very beautiful real effect, this is it.even if the code is incomprehensible to me.....

The ball rolling sounds are great and would add much realism to the FP experience, particularly for the older EM tables (as Popotte has already said). Is it at all possible for this to become an option in BAM, which can be activated for all tables, or will each table have to be individually coded to enable the effects. I think ball rolling sounds are an overlooked but essential element of pinball simulation so this breakthrough is pretty exciting to me!

someone could explain to me please, these values what they are, and represent....?

'ZRBrampHeight=18
'ZRBtablewide = 520

ZRBsoundballchan = 5
'ZRBvolNormLevel = 0.40
'ZRBrollingSound="zfx_ballrollingb2"
'ZRBPitchTunning=-40

I only understand this "zfx_ballrollingb2" which should be the name of the sound or music.....the rest is a mystery to me .... smosk says that "TO ADJUST TO YOUR NEEDS",ok.... but if I don't know what they are, how do I change them?

ZRBrampHeight
===============
is the height in millimiter where i will start to switch from the normal rolling sound (playfield level) to the rolling sound on ramp (by default plastic).

ZRBtablewide
==========
not used, because i can't do spanning (left right) when the ball is on the left or the right

ZRBsoundballchan
=============
music chanel reserved to play the rolling sound. You have to enter a free/not used chanel.
In FP you have only 10-11 chanel i think.

ZRBvolNormLevel
=============
just a sound volume factor

ZRBPitchTunning
=============
pitch adjustement to the rolling sound (higher= higher frequency)

ZRBrollingSound
ZRBrampRollingSound
ZRBwireRollingSound
================
sound to play for ball on :
playfield
ramp
metal/wire ramp

thanks smoke, all clear.....

question, if I have a second playing field,more higher, the sound must be added?or doesn't it exist?
