All is well with v. 207, but when I close the table to finish my work I get the message that says: "FP has ended irregularly".
This does not create other problems, in fact I can save my work.
Remember that I use WIN 7 Home Premium.
I attach my Bam_Crash ....

Actually Rav, I just got a similar error code to George as opposed to what I put up before (I use Windows 8.1 BTW). This seems to affect only a very few games, mine as well, but the vast majority of FP games it works fine. This again happened the second time I pressed play in the editor. Here's my new error code that I just got

Did you get my PM and grab the table BTW?

UPDATE: I stripped any BAM code from my script, and now the table does not crash. Weird since one piece of code was remarked out, and the other I only added a little while back. I also noticed that when you try to close one of the tables loaded in the editor (just the table, NOT the actual editor) the options on the right side goes blank, but you have to click the "x" to close the table a second time

@blue:
Link from PM to dropbox is broken.
Problem is not in XML file. I testet it.
So, i still need your table to find where is problem and why it crashes when game is starting second time.

I need to make it clear. There are 2 different problems. If you look at crash log, you will find why they are different. In crash log i write "call stack". This is path with info "what calls what and in what order".

#1
from franzleon:
KERNELBASE.dll <- RPCRT4.dll ... <- UNKNOWN <- .... SHELL32.dll <- UNKNOWN
There is no FP.exe or BAM.dll in that chain. It crashes when program is terminated by user. I guess that problem is in resource not released. I have no idea what it is.
Only way i have found to reproduce this problem is close game window when table is loading. Before you see table.
For me it is "low priority". In most cases user will not do it.

You last crash-log is more/less same.

#2
from blue:
Newton.dll <- BAM.dll ... <- Future Pinball.exe
It crashes after you start game second time.
You can see, that in this chain is FP.exe, is BAM.dll and is Newton lib.
It crashes in Newton lib most likely becasue BAM calls it with broken or outdated args.

BAM beta (v215):
https://www.ravarcade.pl/beta/BAM.dll

This beta BAM.dll will fix HUGH memory leak in FP.
How huge is this leak?
When you only load "New table" in FP editor (before you start game) FP will have ~560 MB free memory.
With new BAM (v215) you do same thing, and FP will have 1.5 GB free memory.
I hope it will solve some of FP crashes.

I have been having some trouble with stuttering on Jurassic Park but it appears to perform better now.

Thanks!

George

Excellent news. Rav, is this the same dll that you sent me to fix my problems? I can say FP is doing better than ever since then, the stability is very noticeable and the fact you were able to find the memory leak that has plagued us since the beginning and fix it is miraculous.

Nope. Your version (v214) did not have fixed FP memory leak. Only bugs in BAM.
