Hi all. I saw that when a table brings a dmd in the section "Font Manager" it is impossible to modify, does anyone know how to modify the dmd of this section? regards ![]() |

Hi masalaja, What is the Pinball Table / DMDfont you would like to modify? If it is a animation DMDfont - then you may need to use other applications to modify it (Gfx2DmdF / DMDpaint). Gin |

one more question, and how is the image transparency in future pinball? Sorry for asking so many questions but I'm a newbie in Future pinball. I used to work with Visual Pinball and Future Pinball is totally different. Regards ![]() |

Hi masalaja, I believe that the transparency is identified by using the associated 'mask' colour in the applications. Gin |

You can use a BMP file and set a color to be transparent in FP's texture manager. When you click on a JPG file in the texture manager, there is an option to make a color transparent (the default color is pink) but the option will not work on a JPG. It has top be a BMP for it to work. If you have a large texture, it is better to use a TGA file because they are smaller in size than a BMP. You can set an area to be transparent by using a mask. You have to create a transparent mask or channel in your image editor. George |

I posted a screen shot of the Texture Manager with an arrow pointing to the transparency option: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hi33cnwiiwy0 ... jXQZa?dl=0 I have only created a TGA file once using Paint Shop Pro but have forgotten most of how to do it. Creating a mask is going to be different depending on the program you use. George |
