hi all,

I have a Core 2 DUO and a Nvidia 295GTX.

Il would like to know some tips to have it configured correctly. For example I know that we have to set the maximum Frame rendered at 1 but is there anything else to know ? What about FFXA o Triple Buffer ? Do I have to activate it o no ?

Any help is appreciated!

Stephane

Hi Stephane,

GeorgeH is a very active member of this community and has helped me and several other members a lot. In the FAQ section, there is a setup thread at the top of the page for new users that George created. Down in step 12 it talks about setting up NVIDIA control panel settings to help with stuttering and some lag. I didn't have it too bad, but I followed his instructions and I've definitely noticed that the tables run better. I will include the link to his NVIDIA settings instructions, however, I advise that you go and read that post to do 2 things:
1. Help you out if there is anything else you missed during setup
2. Help you understand the workings of Future Pinball, BAM, and physics
