try these steps
1. convert your 3D object to MilkShape3D format [.ms3d] - MilkShape3D imports many formats...
try out different formats and use the best supported, depending on your source format of your 3d object.
(http://milkshape3d.com/ { version 1.8.3 you can run in a virtual machine, in that you can increase the trail period, by running the guest system out of scope of the host system clock} - i don't know, if MilkShape is converting 3d objects after the trail period)

2. import and setup the MS3D objects to a FP model file with FPM Editor.

3. import that FP model file to your FP table (Resource Library Editor)

that's it, more or less...

(maybe i should restart & finish my work on implementing an import/export add-on for the 3d graphic program "blender 2.5x" to be able to export directly from ".blend" to ".ms3d", to bypass the need of MilkShape3D itself)

PS.: i can post you these steps also in german language if you need / if english is not your favorite part.
(ich kann dir auch die schritte in deutsch niederschreiben, wenn du das wünscht und englisch nicht so ganz dein fall ist)

Are the tutorial videos working in this thread?

Is there anywhere else that they're available?

Youtube has some tutorials. I don't believe they are the same ones posted here but you should find some that will be helpful. Just go to Youtube and search for XSI Mod Tool.
