The "trick" is I only have 10 or so tables in my FP "tables" folder (those I currently play/edit). I keep the rest zipped up & stored elsewhere until I "need" them. Otherwise I would lose orientation pretty quick.

Actually you don't need to keep them zipped. You can save all the versions of a table that use the same library files to one folder that you would name with the name of the table. Just unzip the FPT and FPL files to this same folder. Then create separate folders for each of your other tables.

Of course, you would have to set up all your tables like this from the start. I have over 1000 tables and just dumped the library files into the generic library folder. I did set up the "X-Men" table in its own folder because one of the library files has the exact same name of a library file as "World Cup Soccer" which has different content.
